I am committed to helping you live a purposeful and rich life according to your goals and values. My clinical focus is anxiety, but I am equipped to deal with most mental health issues. I can help you with life transitions, adjustment, excessive worry, men’s issues, women’s issues, parenting and adolescent/young adult issues. I use mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy as well as other empirically validated therapeutic modalities. My practice is LGBTQIA friendly.
